Some Big Party Kit invitation features may currently be available free of charge. No payment or refund applies to features provided entirely free.

Paid Digital Products

When paid products or packages are offered, they may be sold through Etsy or another clearly identified checkout provider. Because digital products can be delivered, accessed, activated, downloaded, or used immediately, sales are generally final once digital access has been provided.

We do not generally provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to use an available download, purchases after an activation code has been accessed or used, digital invitations or files that have already been downloaded, shared, or accessed, or dissatisfaction resulting from information entered incorrectly by the customer.

Technical Problems

If a technical issue prevents you from accessing or using a purchased digital product as described, contact us. We will first attempt to correct the problem, restore access, or provide an appropriate replacement.

Etsy Purchases

Purchases made through Etsy are also subject to Etsy’s applicable purchase, payment, case, and marketplace policies.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.
